Airbnb MCP: connect your AI to BnBGenius
The BnBGenius MCP server lets your own AI, such as Claude or ChatGPT, read your Airbnb and VRBO data in plain language. Your AI sees your listings, reservations, guests, inbox, reviews and more. It is read only, and each host only ever sees their own account.
BnBGenius is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Airbnb or VRBO.
What is MCP?
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that lets AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT connect to outside services. The BnBGenius MCP server makes your BnBGenius account one of those services, so your host AI can read your short term rental data and answer questions about it in plain language. BnBGenius runs no AI of its own on these calls. Your AI does the thinking and asks our server for the facts.

Reviews waiting on you, with their draft text and context.
Upsell offers
Gap night upsell offers, their status and the extra revenue recovered.
Metrics
Revenue, occupancy, average nightly rate and total nights over any date range.
Account status
Your credit balance, plan and billable listing count. No card or contact details.
Read only today
The server reads your data. It cannot send guest messages, post reviews or change any setting. Writing a reply for you to approve is on our roadmap for a later release, with a clear confirmation step before anything is ever sent.

Connect in Claude
- 1Open Settings, then Connectors.
- 2Choose Add custom connector.

- 4Sign in with BnBGenius and pick your organization.
Connect in ChatGPT
- 1Open Settings and find Connectors or Apps.
- 2Add a custom connector or MCP server.
- 3Paste https://my.bnbgenius.ai/mcp as the server URL.
- 4Sign in with BnBGenius and pick your organization.
Menu names move around as these apps change. If a label is slightly different, look for custom connector or MCP server in the same settings area.

Your data only
Every connection is scoped to your own organization. Your AI only ever sees your account, never anyone else's.

You connect through your BnBGenius login over standard OAuth. There are no API keys to copy or store.
We do not store your chats
Your AI conversations stay in your AI app. We do not keep them. The server reads your data and returns it, nothing more.
